Usually I don’t like to wear
lipstick. My lips are very dry, and before I started really getting into
makeup, literally every lipstick I tried would dry out my lips and crumble to
no end. Even now I don’t ever feel enthusiastic about tube lipsticks. A couple
weeks ago I tried two different shades of Colourpop’s matte liquid lipsticks. A
friend on Facebook recommended that I try ‘Beeper’ and ‘Kapow.’ When I first
got them in the mail, I honestly thought they were the same color. Obviously
they aren’t, but they are very similar to each other. ‘Beeper’ looks amazing on
me, and I was pleasantly surprised. When I was recommended to try 'Beeper,' I was told that it looks good on everyone, and I believe that to be true! The shade is versatile and I feel like it would work on multiple skin tones. ‘Kapow’ looked nice on me as well; I just
didn’t fall in love with it like I did ‘Beeper.’ They are matte so they are
supposed to dry on your lips, but they didn’t dehydrate my lips as much as
every other tube lipstick I tried. The lipsticks are beautifully pigmented and
they stay on wonderfully!
Recently I have started to really
get into highlighters (that glow though). Colourpop makes single highlighters that
come in a little pot, and I love them! The formula is amazing; they are so unbelievably creamy and pigmented.
Seriously you guys need to get you some of these; they are a definite game
changer. I own ‘Lunch Money,’ and ‘Wisp.’ The shades blend beautifully into the
skin, and they give you a radiant glow. These can be subtle if you prefer or
can be built up with no difficulty at all.

I mean, come on, LOOK at how beautiful that glow is.
Colourpop also has single
eyeshadows. Much like the highlighters, the single eyeshadows come in a little
pot. They are just as creamy and pigmented as their other products! I own the
shade ‘Central Perk’ (Friends, anyone?). Central Perk is a matte shadow, but they offer a lot of pearlized and metallic shadows as well!

I would like to mention that I also own Colourpop’s lippiestix, crème
gel liner, and the crème gel colour. However I haven’t gotten around to trying
them out yet.
